Go to market strategy at scale

Getting into a new market is hard, great research makes it easier. Whether you're launching D2C care for the first time, contemplating a billion-dollar merger, extending clinical services to teens, or adapting telehealth and reproductive care during a global pandemic, we have the expertise to support quick, informed decision-making.

Improving health outcomes & Patient experience

We helped the Veterans Health Administration (VA), the largest healthcare system in the US, measure and improve their patient experience. Then we partnered with clinicians to build programs at Headspace, the most science-backed meditation app. No matter the scale, Reclaim is here to make sure the impact is real. 

Building platforms with providers in mind

Healthcare professionals enter the field to provide care, not to take notes, check insurance coverage, or wait for screens to load. Our team has successfully integrated with EHRs, collaborated with therapists to develop new workflows, and reduced provider burnout. We help them, so they can help others.

A one-size-fits-all approach may not be effective in clothing, but it can cause real harml in healthcare. I have assisted brands in tailoring their services to meet the distinct needs and regulations of their customers, taking into account variations in age, ethnicity, occupation, willingness to change, disability, income, more.

Design begins well before you launch Figma. Our team has guided teams in shipping in award-winning UX design. From brainstorming a personable AI bot all the way through collaborating with engineering teams to build a roadmap, we're here to help you not only define a bold vision but also navigate the challenges along the way. 

A design thinking approach that's trauma informed

Design schools don't often teach how to do user interviews with people reflecting on their most difficult moments. At Reclaim, we know that not ever service will be delightful, there's no joy in getting a cancer diagnosis. We've built a design practice that is compassionate, informed, ethical, and truly human-centered.
